ARE ALL YOUR BRANDED ITEMS GENUINE?
Yes. All items sold on MORE by Morello is 100% genuine. We obtain the items from brand suppliers and authorized resellers.
 
IS MORE by Morello AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER?
MORE by Morello is already the authorized reseller for some of the products sold on the web and currently we are still on ongoing process to be the authorized reseller for others.
 
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. You need to register with us to be able to enjoy the following benefits through your account:
Track your orders and review past purchases
Be notified when new stock arrives
Save your address and card details for faster shopping
Manage your account details, order history, and email preferences and see order status
 
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MORE by Morello ACCEPT?
MORE by Morello accepts visa, mastercard, ATM channel, DOKU wallet, and wire transfer via Bank Central Asia (BCA) & Bank Mandiri
 
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY PAYMENT AFTER I TRANSFER?
You just need to check our website and find “Payment Confirmation” menu. Click it and fill in the short form that is given to you.
 
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE ORDER AFTER PAYING?
Fast delivery is always our priority to please our consumers. Hence, once the order is placed, we are doing our best to ensure the purchase order is processed as fast as possible and as such, we are unable to cancel once it is processed. It is suggested for customers to check and ensure of your orders before the payment confirmation.
 
HOW ABOUT RETURN POLICY?
If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described, different from the picture shown, then we will refund or provide a replacement product for purchased items that are returned within a seven (7) days of receipt of the order along with the proof of purchase. However, you cannot exchange goods purchased because of dislike of the colors/style.
The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with the price tag, invoice, barcode, and the packaging. It should not be damage, unclean, and/or being washed.
Discounted products are non refundable & returnable.
 
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR REFUNDS?
All returns will be refunded via MORE by Morello credits slips. There will be no refund in the form of cash, except for defective items. However, the amount will be less the shipping and delivery cost, since it is not refundable.
 
Paper tags, printed cards, receipts and packaging are not considered as part of the product and do not qualify as the basis for a refund regardless of condition.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN RETURNING THE PURCHASED ITEMS?
If you wish to return your purchased items due to incorrect delivery or defects, please contact us through e-mail info@morebymorello.com, with the following information:
1. Your contact details (name, address, phone number)
2. The descriptions of your purchased items
3. Reasons of returning the purchased items
We will then issue the approval ticket, which you are required to print out and send it along with the returned items to:

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY IN JAKARTA?
We offer a number of delivery options for customers based in Jakarta.
Our same day delivery service is perfect for last-minute purchases. Confirm your payment by 12pm at the latest for SAME DAY DELIVERY (applied for all payment except Credit Card). SAME DAY DELIVERY service only available on Monday-Friday.
 
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
Yes, all your package will be covered with insurance from SiCepat / Grab / AnterAja (for domestic shipment in Indonesia).
For shipping outside Indonesia, shipping is not covered by insurance.
 
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting “My Account” followed by “Order Status”.
